• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a similar managerial role.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, villa, tourism, or property management is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, SOP development, audit processes, and compliance.
• Experienced in conducting internal audits, inspections, and quality evaluations across multiple properties or departments.
• Able to develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, policies, and quality improvement programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with management and operational teams.
• Detail-oriented, objective, proactive, and highly committed to maintaining service and operational standards.
• Able to prepare quality reports, identify gaps, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work across different locations.
