Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Corporate Planning Unit Head based in Greater Jakarta. The individual will oversee and drive the strategic business planning process, develop effective financial and budgeting plans, and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to align goals, preparing comprehensive business reports, and monitoring financial performance to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive the company's vision and goals effectively
• Experiences as Corporate Planning Staff minimum 3 years.
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
• Proficiency in Finance, Budgeting, and financial planning to optimize resource allocation and manage budgets successfully
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across an organization and lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in a financial institution
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations is an advantage
