Assist in preparing regulatory reports such as the Bank Business Plan (RBS), Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB), Annual Report, and Sustainability Report in accordance with OJK Regulation 81 and other applicable government requirements.
Support the preparation of performance update materials, including business strategy achievements and financial plans, to be reported regularly to the Board of Owners (BOO) and Board of Commissioners (BOC).
Monitor the Bank's strategy execution to ensure alignment with the corporate work program by tracking the monthly realization of business targets.
Develop financial projections for the Bank's business plan, including projected balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and key financial ratios based on RBS targets.
Prepare reports on the achievement of the company's financial objectives and annual budgeting.
Perform cash flow reconciliation on the estimated realization of the ongoing budget, including monthly coordination with the treasury division.
Conduct reviews and analysis of the financial statements of peer banks.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 58 years experience in Corporate Planning, FP&A, Business Planning, or Strategy within the banking or financial services industry.
