What You Do:

• Lead Strategic Planning & Compliance: Formulate the Corporate Plan and AOP, while managing regulatory reporting (RBB and realization reports) to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
• Drive Budgeting Coordination: Orchestrate the Corporate Budgeting process across Business Groups, IT, Operations, and HR, ensuring alignment with management goals and monitoring realization through quarterly Board of Directors updates.
• Master Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of macroeconomic indicators (GDP, Inflation, Exchange Rates) and competitor performance to benchmark OCBC's position against industry peers.
• Optimize Performance & KPIs: Formulate and monitor bank-wide KPIs, reviewing new product proposals and IT projects to assess cost-benefit ratios and strategic risks.
• Facilitate Executive Communication: Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management events (Annual Kick-off, CEO Dialogues), ensuring clear, compelling storytelling of financial and operational insights.

Who You Are:

• Educated & Experienced: Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with proven experience in Corporate Planning, Strategy, or Financial Analysis within the banking sector.
• Regulatory Savvy: Possess a strong understanding of OJK regulations, banking business plans, and corporate budgeting processes.
• Analytically Sharp: Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, particularly in interpreting macroeconomic data and competitor trends, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A Strategic Communicator: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments (Business, IT, HR, Operations) and present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
• Resilient & Detail-Oriented: Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
