What You Will Experience:
- Leading contract negotiation for big commercial project & complex contractual drafting
- Provide legal advise related to compliance and regulation for the commercial transaction, operation.
- Planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects and cases
- Establish long term partnership with internal coworker and external lawyer
- Assess any potential risk involved, extent of legal liability, financial impact, and long term effect on the company business.
What is Required:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years working experience as inhouse counsel or lawyer
- Have an experience in corporate matters including corporate license
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills
- Able to work in tight deadline and high demand pressure
- Willing to be placed in Thamrin, Jakarta
