Lead and manage corporate legal strategy to protect organizational interests, minimize legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Oversee legal aspects of corporate structure, licenses & permits, business activities, assets, and governance documentation to ensure full legal compliance
Provide strategic legal advice and proactive solutions to management and business units, including handling disputes, legal actions, due diligence, and legal audits
Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), ensuring proper registration, compliance, and optimization of organizational legal assets
Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, notaries, external counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective legal processes and services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law
Min. 10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal
Holds a valid PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) license
Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations related to corporate law, civil law, contract law, licenses & permits, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to drive legal strategy and team performance
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
