THE ROLE

We are looking for aCorporate Legal Officerto manage and oversee corporate legal matters, with a strong focus onPT PMA establishment, licensing, and compliance.

This role will ensure that all corporate documentation, regulatory requirements, and company structures are fully compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations.

You will work closely with management, external notaries, consultants, and relevant government institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle establishment and amendment of PT PMA and local PT entities
• Manage OSS submissions, NIB, KBLI adjustments, and related licensing processes
• Coordinate with notaries and government institutions (BKPM / OSS / Ministry of Law and Human Rights)
• Maintain corporate legal documents, deeds, shareholder resolutions, and company records
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate regulations and reporting requirements
• Monitor the validity of business licenses and corporate permits
• Support legal documentation for operational and business activities
• Provide legal advice related to corporate structure and regulatory matters
• Assist management in handling corporate governance and compliance processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law (SH)
• Minimum 23 years of experience in corporate legal, preferably handling PT PMA
• Strong understanding of Indonesian company law and investment regulations
• Experienced in OSS systems, NIB, and corporate licensing processes
• Familiar with coordination with notaries and government institutions
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously
