Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CORPORATE LEGAL (MANDARIN SPEAKER) role based in Subang. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate legal documents and contracts in both Mandarin and English/Indonesian, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and relevant international regulations. The Corporate Legal professional will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and partners, to clarify legal requirements, support business processes, and mitigate risks. Daily tasks include providing legal advice on corporate actions, supporting company incorporation and licensing processes, monitoring regulatory changes, and preparing reports and documentation for management. The role also includes assisting with legal aspects of finance-related transactions, training internal teams on compliance topics, and supporting client service initiatives where legal knowledge and Mandarin language skills are required.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret laws, regulations, contracts, and complex business scenarios.
• Foundational understanding of finance and corporate transactions to support legal review of business activities.
• Effective communication skills in Mandarin and English/Indonesian, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service mindset, with the ability to respond professionally to client inquiries and support client-facing legal processes.
• Experience delivering or supporting training related to legal compliance, corporate policies, or regulatory updates.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (Sarjana Hukum or equivalent), with a focus on corporate or business law preferred.
• Proven experience in corporate legal roles, ideally within consulting, financial services, or regulatory-focused environments.
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required; proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of Indonesian corporate, investment, and regulatory frameworks; familiarity with BPOM, SNI, and related compliance is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
