We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Legal Department Head to lead our legal function and provide comprehensive legal support across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing corporate governance matters, and providing legal guidance to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- :Lead and oversee all corporate legal activities across the organization
- .Provide strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters
- .Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, land acquisition documents, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, and other legal documentation
- .Manage legal aspects of property development projects, including licensing, permits, land matters, and regulatory compliance
- .Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
- .Oversee corporate secretarial functions, including board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and statutory filings
- .Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and strategic initiatives
- .Manage disputes, litigation, arbitration, and external legal counsel
- .Support mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investments, and corporate restructuring initiatives
- .Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- .Build strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, external counsel, and key stakeholders
- .Lead, mentor, and develop the legal team to drive high performance and professional growth

Requiremen
- tsBachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); Master's Degree in Law is preferre
- d.Minimum 12 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership rol
- e.Extensive experience in property development, real estate, land acquisition, construction, or related industrie
- s.Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, land law, property regulations, commercial law, and corporate governanc
- e.Proven experience handling complex legal transactions and large-scale development project
- s.Strong understanding of licensing, permits, zoning regulations, and regulatory complianc
