Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drafting & review agreements and other legal documents;
- Provide comprehensive legal research and advice related to relevant issues;
- Handle intellectual property matters of the company, such as submitting new trademark application, monitoring existing trademarks and provide legal opinion for IP related issues;
- Monitor Corporate Secretary functions, including to provide documents for general meetings of shareholders;
- Liaise with relevant government institutions, such as Investment Coordinating Board or Ministry of Trade;
- Other matters to ensure the corporate legal function is carried out properly including any relevant compliance matter;
- Review and analyze new or updated internal policy, including to assess how they will be implemented in the company;
- Prepare and submit investment report (LKPM) quarterly to Investment Coordinating Board;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 2–3 years experience (in retail or FMCG is a plus).
3. Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
4. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with various business functions.
7. Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance legal/compliance requirements with business needs.
8. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
9. Proactive and independent, while also being able to work collaboratively and take ownership of assigned matters.
