Job Description:

  • Design training modules, including training module development (arrangement, editing, beautification, etc.).
  • Deliver and arrange corporate learning modules for existing properties; facilitate properties learning sessions delivered by subject matter experts, also deliver & facilitate corporate training.
  • Monitor all learning matters such as annual learning plans & learning catalogs; also maintain the end-to-end process of all learning sessions and activities.
  • Review, analyze, and coordinate the submission of properties monthly learning reports.
  • Analyze the learning evaluations and prepare the action plans.
  • Share the responsibility to prepare, conduct, and deliver the company's employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, and other relevant majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Willing to travel as part of the job responsibility.
  • Certified Coach or Trainer would be a plus point.
  • Has the ability to design and execute training programs.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, experience delivering training in English is preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
