Minimum working experience 2 years as a Corporate lawyer / In-House Counsel;
Experience in corporate procedures;
Strong experience in legal & permit in scope of Corporate Law;
Good knowledge of OSS system;
Experience in working with different types of contracts;
Experience in e-commerce business is an advantage;
Accustomed to Civil Law, both legislation and principle;
Strong command of both English and Bahasa (verbal and written);
A proactive and self-driven person who appreciates the challenging and dynamic business within a matrix organization;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as ability to work under pressure;
Strong analytical skills, legal research abilities;
A hands-on mentality person and a fast learner.
Graduate in Law / LLB;
Advocate License is preferred.
Job Descriptions
Ensuring that all company licenses are valid and up to date, renewing or obtaining permits/licenses, including branch office permits;
Reviewing and drafting contracts of various types (analysis of contracts for compliance with current legislation, for compliance with the organization requirements);
Providing consultation and legal research on various issues along with drafting necessary documents (memorandums, letters, notices, proxies etc.);
Supporting system and providing assistance for other lawyers, including in managing / maintaining relationships with any third parties and regulatory authorities.
Liaising and coordinating with other departments/functions within the organization to ensure proper and timely execution of deals and corporate actions from a business and commercial perspective.
