Corporate KYC & Onboarding Specialist

Job Description :

• Review merchant onboarding documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on missing, expired, or incomplete documents.
• Verify merchant information, including company, bank, and business details.
• Perform routine screening and basic due diligence based on company guidelines.
• Prepare onboarding and periodic review checklists for approval.
• Monitor chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and complaints, and escalate unusual findings.
• Maintain merchant records, trackers, and review schedules.
• Support reporting and other administrative tasks related to merchant onboarding.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in English is a must
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Law, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, KYC, payments, banking, or fintech is a plus, but not required.
