Corporate Internal Communication Lead

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is responsible for designing and implement internal communication strategies that strengthen internal communication, support internal strategic initiatives communication, and ensure timely, aligned, and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree of in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• More than 7 years in Communication and minimum of 3 years handling Internal Communication, preferably in a large-scale or multinational company.
• Excellent in building communication strategy and implementation skill with both verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Good in public speaking and crisis management
• Strong storytelling ability and content creation expertise across multiple formats.
• Proficient in communication tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and agility in managing sensitive issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
