Job Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support for the Corporate Health & Wellness division, particularly in managing Medical Check-Up (MCU) commercial activities, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and excellent service delivery to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks related to MCU commercial team operations, including data entry, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Assist in managing corporate client requests, quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Support documentation and filing of MCU contracts, invoices, and customer records.
- Coordinate with hospital units, sales team, and clients to ensure accurate and timely processing of MCU services.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports for management review (sales reports, client feedback, utilization, etc.).
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Health & Wellness team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in administration, preferably in healthcare or corporate services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
