Corporate Governance Officer

Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Law is preferred.

* Prior experience in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance is preferred.

* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.

* Ability to prepare, manage, and monitor reports effectively.

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.

* High level of responsibility, commitment, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and review Good Corporate Governance (GCG) policies in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate standards.

* Conduct corporate governance maturity assessments.

* Conduct assessments related to the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) program.

* Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of corporate governance practices across the organization.

* Prepare reports on corporate governance measurement and evaluation results.

* Operate and utilize Good Corporate Governance (GCG) applications to support governance-related activities.

* Develop gratification control procedures in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

* Implement and monitor gratification control procedures to promote ethical business practices and maintain corporate integrity.
