The Funding Officer (FO) will be responsible for acquiring and managing funds within the corporate segment in the assigned area.
The FO's responsibilities go beyond acquiring funds. The role also involves managing customer relationships, maintaining existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential business opportunities from new and existing customers
- Promote and market funding products, particularly Deposit and CASA
- Acquire new customers and achieve funding targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio
- Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the corporate segment
Responsibilities
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Funding Officer, preferably handling corporate customers, within the banking industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in Deposit and CASA products
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing customer relationships
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer loyalty
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Owns and is able to develop a strong personal network of customers
- Excellent selling and business development skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident
