Provide financial and strategic analysis related to the Company's funding and capital markets strategy, M&A, investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Develop financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision making process.
Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape.
Participate in deals end-to-end, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence and coordinating with finance, legal, tax and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution.
Work closely with Financial Planning & Corporate Analysis Group Head to create investment memorandums and related presentations for senior management, board and shareholders.
Key Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree from Accounting, Finance, Business
Good grasp of accounting, finance, and legal/tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance
Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Works well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs
Have a CA/ CFA/ ACCA/ CPA certification is a plus
Willing to be placed in HO Karawaci, Tangerang - WFO arrangement
