Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance across multiple business units
• Lead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
• Analyze variances and provide insights at both entity and group level
• Monitor group cash flow, liquidity, and intercompany funding structure
• Support strategic initiatives, M&A evaluation, and business expansion
• Liaise with BU finance teams and senior stakeholders for alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in holding/group structure or multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and group reporting
• Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and business case evaluation
• Solid knowledge of cash flow management and intercompany transactions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across diverse business units
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to see both big picture & granular details
