Corporate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Prepare and review financial models, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.
• Manage capital structure, cash flow, and working capital to ensure liquidity and efficiency.
• Partner with management and business units to provide strategic financial insights.
• Monitor financial performance, variances, and KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and banking relationships if required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and use of ERP/BI tools for better reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the corporate finance team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (Master's/MBA a plus).
• 8-10 years experience in Finance/Corporate Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Retail industry preferred.
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, capital budgeting, and working capital management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for management.
• Willing to work on-site daily at Mega Kuningan.
