Job Description

The Corporate Finance / M&A Director will play a key role in shaping funding initiatives, transaction strategy, and financial partnerships for a growing industrial business in Indonesia. This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead complex financing and corporate development activities while working closely with senior stakeholders, external advisors, and financial partners.

Description

As a Corporate Finance / M&A Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead fundraising and financing initiatives to support business growth.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, financial institutions, and external advisors.
  • Support major project financing and investment-related activities.
  • Lead M&A transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Support IPO preparation and capital market-related initiatives.
  • Work closely with shareholders, senior management, and key external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice on funding, transactions, and capital structure.

Profile

A Successful Corporate Finance / M&A Director Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, capital markets, or a related role.
  • Proven involvement in end-to-end transaction execution, including financial assessment, structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, commercial analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and fluency in English.
