Corporate Finance Consulting Manager
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Consulting Manager to lead complex corporate finance and transaction advisory engagements, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Finance practice.
As a Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, oversee multiple engagements, and ensure delivery excellence across corporate finance and transaction-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee corporate finance and transaction advisory engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on M&A, valuation, fundraising, and strategic financial matters.
- Review and approve complex financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction deliverables.
- Manage engagement scope, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
- Lead client discussions, negotiations support, and executive-level presentations.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify follow-on opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop corporate finance team members.
- Support proposal development and client pitching activities.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment-related roles.
- Proven experience managing complex advisory or transaction engagements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and deal execution processes.
- Have track record in growing advisory accounts or transaction pipelines.
- Advanced certifications (CFA, CPA, FMVA).
- Strong industry and deal network.
