Our client, a leading consulting firm providing one-stop business services to companies expanding and operating in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, is seeking a Corporate Finance & Accounting Consultant to join their growing team. The firm delivers integrated solutions in legal, administrative, HR, financial, marketing, and business development areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end financial and accounting consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
- Prepare, review, and standardize journal entries, financial reports, and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Accurate software for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client project accounting.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize client operations and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams, clients, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Support the Finance Manager in reviewing client portfolios and improving internal accounting workflows.
- Handle audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors when required.
- Act as a solo contributor in managing assigned client accounts and ensuring deliverables meet firm standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 35 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably from a Big 4 or other consulting firm.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, taxation, and standard accounting principles.
- Proficient in Accurate accounting software and Excel-based financial modeling.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Full WFO, based in Axa Tower, Jakarta.
