We are a national public company with primary business activities in agriculture. Looking for a professional who has exposure experience as a Corporate Finance & Investment Relation Analyst.
In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
As an individual contributor, you will work closely with senior management to evaluate financial performance, assess investment opportunities, and ensure the company's financial health.
Job description:
- To analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, conduct market research, benchmark and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and other corporate transactions.
- Develops and maintains relationships with investors, communications (i.e. earnings releases, investor presentations, and quarterly reports) , and ensures transparent communication of the company's financial health and growth strategies.
- Monitors market trends, economic conditions, regulatory and provides analysis to support decision-making in the industry.
- Maintain and update investor relations content on the corporate website
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor's degree
- Min. 8 years of experience in the same position in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, investor relations, or related a field
- Excellent understanding and exposure in area of M&A, Bank Loan, Bond Right Issue, Divestment, Joint Venture
- Proven exposure in financial modelling, financial analysis, valuation methods, corporate finance principles, banking terms, OJK & IDX rules.
- Familiarity with financial databases like Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and passionate in data analysis
- Demonstrate good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey complex information in clear and concise manner
