Corporate Engineer Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in engineer manager.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, project management, and operational processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.

Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team to achieve project and performance targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from design to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and Management).
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Review technical designs, reports, and engineering documentation.
