Lead group business collaboration and joint venture (JV) opportunities.
Compile and analysis group business operation to support decision-making.
Establish, structure, and maintain regional entities in alignment with corporate strategy.
Coordinate with external agents to ensure robust governance and compliance across offshore entities.
Conduct market and peer research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.
Assist board meeting arrangements.
Job Requirement
4–5 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, advisory, corporate development, or business development.
Strong capability in data gathering, financial/valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent command of Chinese & English (verbal and written) is a MUST.
Excellent command of Chinese & English (verbal and written) is a MUST.
Self-driven, creative, and highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of managing offshore entities is a plus.
Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
