Collaborate with the Corporate Culture & Engagement (CCE) team to develop creative content for Employer Branding initiatives, including managing content for platforms such as @lifeatlinknet on Instagram, PT Link Net Tbk on LinkedIn, and other Culture & Engagement programs
Assist the CCE team in developing and implementing Culture Programs on Link Net's internal social media platform
Work closely with the Graphic Design team to create engaging content
Maintain and organize data for CCE programs, including recognition programs, daily initiatives, and other activities
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams
Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva)
Understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling and culture-building initiatives
Basic knowledge of photography or videography (optional, but a plus)
