Job Description:
- Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements: Compile accurate and comprehensive consolidated financial statements from multiple entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Draft Notes to Financial Statements: Prepare detailed and informative notes to accompany the financial statements for clear insights and compliance.
- Manage XBRL Uploads: Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to the OJK system through XBRL, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Analyze Financial Reports: Conduct in-depth analysis of consolidated financial reports and subsidiary financials to support business insights and decision-making.
- Ensure Compliance with PSAK Standards: Maintain adherence to PSAK accounting standards, ensuring financial statements are accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with External Auditors: Work closely with external auditors, especially if you have prior experience in auditing consolidated financials, to ensure smooth audit processes and accurate reporting.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preparing consolidated financial statements, preferably within a Tbk (publicly listed) company.
- Experienced in preparing consolidated financial reports from several companies, preferably from a Tbk company (listed on the stock exchange) is a must; including making notes to the financial statement (notes to the financial report)
- Experienced filling in XBRL to upload financial reports to the OJK system are mandatory
- Experienced in analyzing consolidated financial reports and financial reports of subsidiaries.
- Background in a Public Accounting Firm is highly preferred, with hands-on knowledge of PSAK standards, even better if you have audited the Company&aposs consolidated financial statements.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software, XBRL, and financial reporting tools; advanced knowledge of PSAK and other relevant financial regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills for in-depth financial statement review, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Additional Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative attitude to work effectively within the finance team and with external auditors
