What you will do:

Create, define, and execute integrated corporate communications plans.

Bring big ideas to life to drive BCA Digital closer to the company's ultimate goal through both Public Relations activities and CSR programmes in clear, compelling and connected objectives across multiple touchpoints.

Combine compliance, creativity and effectiveness through strong understanding of stakeholders engagement.

Apply your understanding of how to build and maintain corporate image/reputation.

Data-oriented and research-based approach, whilst being open to creative innovation and exploration.

Actively contribute in crafting communication collaboration activities across marketing and product teams.

Support your colleagues to achieve shared objectives and build positive relationships with fellow bluForces to maintain positive vibrance in blUniverse!

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Marketing Communication, Management, International Relations and any related major)

Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in a communications field

Have working experiences in a communication team in public company/Banking/Digital Industry is a plus point

Know-how to hold Press Conference, create and distribute Press Release, produce Annual Report, make Company Profile, do regular Media Monitoring, and managing multiple communication channels

Eager to keep up with creative communication trends, consumer behaviors, technology platforms, and pop-cultural shifts

Excellent communication skills (Indonesian and English) – written, verbal, and emotional to be a key member of our team

Desire to stay close to projects throughout their life-cycle to maintaining strategic and creative excellence

Passionate for creating communication work that has an impact, that matters and memorable

We perform WFO/WFH policy, so you will be required to come to the office at times.
