About the Role
PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is looking for a talented and experienced Corporate Communication Senior Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen our brand, reputation, and overall engagement across all channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support corporate digital communications initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, online content, and platform-based storytelling.
- Monitor and identify digital trends, media developments, audience behavior, and relevant online conversations to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Produce engaging and strategic content for both corporate and digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders to support communication needs across various initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage company's reputation across platforms through monitoring, strategic digital activations, and/or influencer/KOL engagement, while working closely with the Media Relations Senior Manager to support crisis communication preparedness and response to safeguard company's brand and reputation.
- Track and evaluate communication performance, particularly across digital channels, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- • 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or digital communications.
- Strong writing and content development skills across press, web, and social media.
- Experience managing digital platforms and executing social media or digital campaigns.
- Good understanding of media relations, digital trends, and audience insights.
- Familiar with content performance tracking and sentiment monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
