Create, implement and manage public relations and corporate branding programs that are in line with the company's vision and business objectives
Monitor legislation and policy activities, and work with the Public Affairs team to analyze the potential impact on the company
Oversee both pre-emptive and reactive corporate communications program in Shopee Indonesia
Organize events and other activities to support the company's government relations goals
Manage our media and influencer advocacy program
Manage and pre-empt issues and crises
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Shopee business stakeholders and management, and manage their profiling
Analyze metrics to determine the output and value of PR results and use the data as a critical planning tool
Requirements
Bachelor degree graduate preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
Capacity to identify potentially impactful events and facilitate related mitigation and recovery efforts
Experience in developing proactive corporate communications programs
Proactive, strong commitment, and ownership of their work, and ability to deliver creative solutions and initiatives on a daily basis
Excellent communication and presentation skills to serve as the company's spokesperson
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the agility to respond to new and changing requirements based on both a market and company environment
Ability to negotiate and build consensus among various parties is important
Pragmatic but with attention to details, result oriented, motivated, reliable and trustworthy
