Develop and execute corporate cummincations strategies that allign with the company`s mission, vision and business objectives, ensuring consistency across internal and external messaging
Work closely with investor relations (IR), finance, and legal teams to ensure all public communications comply with idx (Indonesia stock exchange) and OJK (Financial Services authority) regulations
Provide Strategic counsel to senior management on financial, corporate and crisis communications
Collaborate with internal related teams to develop earnings announcements, annual reports and financial press releases
Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations, including material information announcements, quite periods and blackout periods
Prepare C-Suites executives for analyst briefings, investor calls, and financial media interviews, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging
Manage relotionships with key stakeholders, including media, analyst, financial journalists, regulator bodies, internal teams (HR, CSR, Finance, Legal and Operations)
Develop and maintain strong relationship with financial and business media to ensure accurate coverage of the company`s financial peformance and strategic initiatives
Handle media inquiries related to stock performance, business strategy and corporate reputation with a fact-based and strategic approach
Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan with a focus on potential capital market related risks, regulatory issues, and stock performance impact
Serve a key contact in crisis situations, ensuring timely and strategic responses to mitigate reputational and financial risks
Conduct crisis simulation exercises with senior leadership to enhance preparedness
Support HR and leadership teams in crafting internal messages related to buisness performance, strategy and cultural initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment

Requirements
Bachelor degree in any fields
Having experience minimum 6 years in corporate communications, public relations, investor relations
Deep understanding of capital markets, financial communications, and regulatory compliance (IDX & OJK rules)
Experience Managing earnings announcements, investor briefings, and crisis communication related to financial performance
