We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Corporate Business Development Executive to expand our corporate network and manage growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect HR, L&D, and Business Leaders via LinkedIn to generate qualified corporate leads
- Initiate structured outreach conversations and build a consistent sales pipeline
- Identify client needs, organizational challenges, and potential training opportunities
- Conduct disciplined follow-ups to move prospects through the sales cycle
- Maintain strong communication with prospects and existing clients to support long-term partnerships
- Monitor and manage tender opportunities, including vendor registration and procurement documentation
- Coordinate internal scheduling and ensure smooth handover once projects are confirmed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field)
- 13 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management, preferably within training & development or consulting environment
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional prospecting
- Strong follow-up discipline and detail-oriented
- Familiar with tender/procurement processes (preferred)
- Target-oriented and proactive
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
