Job Summary
Data Synthesis & Storytelling: Turn raw project tracking data and financial models into structured, clean, and engaging reports/presentations for the CEO and Board of Directors.
Feasibility Studies & Modeling: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new business initiatives, digital products, and strategic partnerships, including financial projection, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), and ROI modeling using Advanced Excel.
Market & Commercial Analysis: Perform market research and competitive landscape analysis to support the CEO Office in data-driven decision-making.
Project Governance & Administration: Actively track, document, and monitor the progress of critical, high-priority projects owned by the CEO Office across various departments, ensuring project management boards (Jira/Trello/Asana) are systematically updated.
KUALIFIKASI:
Hard Skills (Technical & Academic Competencies)
- Feasibility & Financial Modeling: Strong proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, calculating NPV/IRR/ROI, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and creating financial/business models using Advanced Excel.
- IT Literacy: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern tech terminology (API, cloud, database, microservices).
- Business Frameworks: Expert in problem-solving methodologies and strategic frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard, LEAN, PDCA or Value Chain Analysis.
- Advanced Presentation: Mastery in crafting executive-level presentation decks (PowerPoint) that are concise, visual, and decision-focused.
- Project Documentation & Tracking: Strong proficiency and comfort in handling the administrative side of project management frameworks and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Corporate Strategy. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Business Development, Management Consulting or in Corporate Strategy with a heavy focus on project monitoring, business modeling, and hands-on administration.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- We are seeking a versatile and high-caliber Corporate Business Development Specialist to join the CEO Office. This is a hybrid, hands-on role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between business development, project administration, and technology. You will act as a core enabler and corporate problem solver under the direct mandate of the CEO office.
- Your role will require a balanced mix of analytical thinking and diligent project execution, divided into two core pillars:
- Business Development & Project Monitoring: Conducting feasibility studies for new initiatives, tracking the end-to-end administrative execution of the CEO Office's top-priority projects, and using clear storytelling to translate data into boardroom reports.
- Cross-Functional IT Liaison: Serving as a high-empathy partner to facilitate the delivery of our IT initiatives. You will help organize project pipelines, maintain project boards, and lead tech vendor management (sourcing and negotiation) to accelerate delivery speed.
