- Corporate Outreach, Relationship Management & B2B Sales (60%)
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, conducting needs analysis, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Sell AI and Data Science corporate training packages, learning solutions, and enterprise programs based on client needs.
- Build and expand a high-quality corporate pipeline and database across Indonesia and the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate PICs and understand their upskilling goals, talent development needs, and data adoption priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and research how target corporates currently use AI/data to better tailor solutions.
- Ecosystem Outreach (20%)
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporates, government, industry associations, and startup ecosystems.
- Identify and nurture potential partners who are exploring AI, data science, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Represent Algoritma in community events, industry forums, and partner engagements to grow brand visibility.
- Project Management (10%)
- Collaborate with Project Manager to plan, organize, and execute client-related projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Prioritize tasks and manage cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure corporate programs run smoothly from onboarding to evaluation.
- Internal Collaboration (10%)
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute nationwide corporate events, workshops, demos, and partnership programs.
- Provide insights from the market to help shape new products, curricula, and partnership strategies.
- Support the creation of scalable initiatives involving mentorship, corporate-engagement events, and regional outreach.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in enterprise education, technology, SaaS, or consulting services.
- Strong portfolio of corporate clients and a track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Skilled in end-to-end sales: prospecting, pitching, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing.
- Understands enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder management across mid-to-large organizations.
- Active user of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI) and comfortable with data-driven decision making.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and generate reports.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with corporate stakeholders.
- High ownership, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
