Role Description
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between our business teams and technical teams. You will drive digital innovation by capturing business needs, designing optimized processes, and translating them into functional specifications. This is a key role in our digitalization initiatives aimed at optimizing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for digital system development.
- Map and analyze current vs future state business processes; identify areas for improvement and digitalization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and workflows.
- Analyze data requirements and define data mappings for integration between systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different platforms.
- Partner with technical teams (developers, architects) to design effective, scalable solutions.
- Define and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis for digital or IT system development projects.
- Industry experience in footwear manufacturing or related fields is highly preferred.
Qualification
- Experience working on digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with:
BRD / SRS / Use Case / User Story documentation
UAT planning and execution
Stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and creating functional documentation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles
