Corporate Barista Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Barista Supervisor or Barista Manager in a caf, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Passionate about coffee quality, customer service, and creating a welcoming caf atmosphere.
- Capable of managing inventory, stock control, and daily cash operations.
- Skilled in training and motivating barista staff to maintain consistency and service excellence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
