Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia is currently seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Enterprise / Corporate / Wholesale Banking Relationship Manager. We are seeking an experienced banking professional to manage and grow an Enterprise Banking client portfolio, balancing new business development with strong analytical and relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.Prepare credit proposals and work closely with Business Analysts on credit analysis.
• Expand client portfolios through funding, trade, and treasury solutions.
• Monitor interest and loan payments, and support clients across various banking transactions.
• Liaise with the Legal team on client requests related to facility agreement clause modifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in client relationship management role.
• Strong understanding of banking credit processes, products, and regulations.
• Good knowledge of banking products (lending and funding)
• Solid understanding of banking regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree (S1).
• Placement: Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, Makassar.
