As a Corporate & Insurance Account Executive, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and key stakeholders.
- Promote Siloam's healthcare services, facilities, and innovative solutions to existing and prospective partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with organizations to establish long-term partnerships.
- Manage corporate and insurance accounts by ensuring excellent service, resolving issues, and maintaining partner satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, analyze revenue trends, and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate promotional activities, health seminars, medical check-up events, and corporate engagement programs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Corporate Relations (experience in healthcare is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, healthcare management systems, or insurance processes is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys meeting people and creating long-term partnerships.
