The Corporate Affairs Team responsible to Initiate, strategize, and lead the implementation of corporate communications and branding initiatives for SPX Express. This includes developing and executing external-facing content and corporate branding programs via press releases, targeted community programs, thought-leadership articles, while also driving communication strategies tied to key business issues. In times of issues or crises, the role focuses on designing and executing crisis communication plans and protocols to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all stakeholders.
Job Description
- Supporting the Corporate Affairs team in developing and executing branding and communication strategies that enhance SPX Express reputation; including but not limited to community engagement, thought leadership initiatives, communications pushes, media engagement, and market leadership projects.
- Assist in implementing project or event management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline.
- Assist in managing public relations programs and collaterals, align with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Analyze project performance and prepare post mortem report.
- Collectively contribute creative ideas with research and target market conditions.
- Administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree graduate preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- 3- 5 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, project management, or public relations
- Capacity to identify potentially impactful events and facilitate related mitigation and recovery efforts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
- Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented person
- Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
