Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales located in Bekasi. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks will include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making. The Head of Sales will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals and will report directly to senior management.
