Core Network Product Technical Engineer (PS)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for PS product patching or version upgrades (2G/3G/4G/5G).

2. Responsible for LLD creation.

3. Responsible for the debugging, integration, and troubleshooting of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.

4. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and daily customer care (handling VIP complaints, weekly meetings, etc.).

Qualifications Required:

1.At least 5 years of experience in debugging and maintaining ZTE PS products, with a thorough understanding of core network and access network architectures.

2.A strong desire to learn new knowledge.

3.Willing to work hard in communication, coordination, and team collaboration, with strong stress tolerance.

4.Fluent in English.

5.Strong sense of responsibility, tracking and resolving issues.

6.Loyal to the position and company, with a strong sense of information security and protective awareness.

Preferred Conditions:

Proficient in DPI/XDPI/PCC/Signaling Analysis.

Extensive experience with Huawei PS equipment or Ericsson PS equipment is preferred.
