Coordinator - Payroll

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Understanding of tax calculations (TER Tax, Tax for Transferred Employees)
• Understanding of government regulations related to Compensation & Benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPH 21)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Understanding of Actuarial Reporting

Job Description:

• Process payroll in the HRMS system
• Process BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
• Process tax reporting
• Process calculations and prepare documents for retired employees
• Process administration for employee contract extensions
• Process salary adjustments for employees with contract extensions and promotions
• Process Natura and Natura Reporting
