Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta Barat for a Cook & Barista (Coffee & Kitchen) at Doodle N Dice. In this role, you will prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages according to established recipes, while also supporting kitchen operations by preparing and cooking menu items. You will handle daily food prep, maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and caf area, and ensure all tools and equipment (utensils, dining ware, and barista equipment) are clean, organized, and in good condition. You will also assist with inventory checking and report stock updates to the Office Manager, while working closely with the team to deliver a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to the established menu and standards
• Prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages according to recipes and SOPs
• Perform daily food prep and keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and hygienic
• Clean and organize work equipment, including utensils, dining ware, and drinkware
• Maintain the completeness and condition of kitchen and barista equipment
• Support inventory checking and report stock updates to the Office Manager
• Provide friendly customer service and collaborate with the team to create a positive environment

Qualification

• Proficiency in barista skills (coffee & non-coffee beverage preparation) and a passion for quality drinks
• Basic cooking/food preparation skills and knowledge of food handling practices
• Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards for both kitchen and caf areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to assist with inventory checking and basic stock reporting
• Previous experience as a barista, cook helper, or in hospitality/F&B is a plus
