Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review assigned CCTV footage to conduct motion study analysis for Golden Layout operations.
  • Identify and document the operational workflow from each CCTV sample.
  • Record each process step clearly and systematically based on actual activities observed.
  • Measure and calculate the duration of each activity/process step in seconds.
  • Input and organize motion study data into the required working sheet accurately.
  • Highlight unclear footage, incomplete processes, anomalies, or outliers found during the review.
  • Support the team in ensuring all motion study data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, Operations, or other related fields.
  • Have internship, project, or academic experience related to operations, process improvement, time study, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to organize data accurately and systematically.
  • Basic understanding of operational workflows, motion study, or time study.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing CCTV/video footage for long durations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
