Create and update technical documentation such as STK, SOP, BRD, DS, UAT, and User Manuals in a systematic and understandable manner.
Translate complex technical concepts into concise, clear information for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, UI/UX, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation aligns with implemented features or systems.
Create visual elements such as flowcharts, diagrams, or technical illustrations to support documentation.
Manage document versions systematically to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Use documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Confluence, Visio, and others.
Gather user requirements related to User Management and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct regular reviews to keep documentation up-to-date.
Job Requirements
Minimum D3 with 3 years or S1 with 1 year of experience in IT.
Able to create technical documentation (STK, SOP, BRD, DS, UAT, User Manual, etc.) that is clear and understandable for various audiences, using simple yet precise language.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, engineers, UI/UX, ensuring aligned understanding of documented features or systems.
Proficient with documentation tools and able to include visual elements (diagrams, flowcharts).
