Based in Sidoarjo, the Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, packing, and value-added service activities. This role ensures operational productivity, accuracy, safety, and service performance are achieved while leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

How you create impact

  • Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise daily warehouse floor activities and ensure smooth operational execution
  • Manage pick and pack activities in line with daily volume and service requirements
  • Coordinate operational priorities with relevant stakeholders and warehouse teams
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate when necessary
  • Productivity & Performance Management
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, manpower utilization, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure team output is aligned with productivity targets and business expectations
  • Support improvement actions to improve service performance and workflow efficiency
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and guide team leaders and warehouse operators across operational functions
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance follow-up to the team
  • Maintain strong warehouse discipline, attendance control, and team coordination
  • Inventory & Process Control
  • Ensure proper stock handling, inventory accuracy, and process compliance
  • Support cycle count, stock reconciliation, and inventory movement monitoring
  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational reporting standards
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, and operational requirements
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices across the warehouse area
  • Support audits, process checks, and compliance-related activities
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare operational reports related to productivity, manpower, and performance
  • Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting and presentation needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and operational effectiveness

What we would like you to bring

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of total working experience in warehouse operations
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or 3PL operations
  • Strong Team Leader-level candidates may be considered if they demonstrate solid leadership capability

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, packing, and value-added services
  • Strong knowledge of productivity tracking, manpower planning, and daily operational control
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of P&L or operational cost control will be an added advantage

Professional Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good English communication skills are mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Hands-on, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset will be an added advantage
