How can you support us Here are below your responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate contract management activities ensuring that all aspects of the contract are correctly addressed
- Review and draft all contractual documents and define the most appropriate clauses of the contract with clients, partners and subcontractors/suppliers and participate to the relevant negotiations
- Identify the most appropriate contractual solutions and contribute to the definition of optimal risk profile for the Company, ensuring that the defined risk profile is adequately reflected in the relevant contractual documents
- Support the Commercial Function to perform contract risk assessments (implement Golden Rules and Silver Guidelines) in line with Industrial Risk methodology
- Manage the resources involved in contract management activities, develop relevant professional competences and career paths, and identify project staffing needs
- Provide all necessary reports regarding contract management to the relevant internal clients (Group, Company and Contract Management function)
- Ensure the flow-down and transfer of contractual risk from the contract with the client to the purchase orders and agreements with vendors and subcontractors, identifying provisions that shall be transferred to passive contracts in relation to obligations of the main contract or due to the specific scope of work
- Provide contractual support for the negotiation of loans on the markets, bank sureties, active and passive guarantees, parent company guarantees and indemnity letters
- Review and update and complete all partner agreements according to contract/project development
- Ensure the contribution to the Legal function for the management of preliminary activities of litigations and contribute, as necessary, during the subsequent phases
What are we looking for
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Contract Management, Commercial, Legal, Procurement, or Project Management functions, preferably within EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Energy, or related industries.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, contract administration, and risk management practices.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual and commercial risks throughout project execution.
- Familiarity with EPC contracts, service agreements, procurement contracts, subcontract agreements, consortium agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Experience in supporting contract risk assessments and implementing contract governance processes.
- Knowledge of guarantees, bank sureties, parent company guarantees, indemnity letters, and financing-related contractual arrangements.
- Experience in contract claims management, dispute resolution, and litigation support activities is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external parties
