Contract & Risk Analyst (Oil & Gas)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Law/Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position within the Oil & Gas industry
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools: Power BI
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and trend identification
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Descriptions:

• Review project contracts
• Conduct contractual analysis
• Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Prepare letters, minutes of meetings, and other notifications to clients and/or vendors
• Support project team in contract administration activities
• Ensure contract compliance with company policies and project requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding contractual matters
• Assist in claim management and dispute resolution process
• Maintain proper documentation and contract records
• Provide contractual advice during project execution
• Participate in meetings with clients and vendors related to contractual matters
