If you are someone with:
- Bachelor's degree or above in any major, with good text organization and documentation skills.
- Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in an information systemrelated field.
- Familiar with manufacturing systems, testing processes, and non-conformance control processes.
- Preferably understand ISO 9001:2015.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work overtime and in night shifts.
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Synchronizing standard, work instruction, and other operational documents. conduct related training and ensure synchronization work in a timely manner.
- Responsible for organizing monthly audits of production lines every month. Summarize all problems found in the production line audit and ask the relevant responsible departments for corrective and follow-up actions.
- Review the updated content in the Quality Plan per model, summarize the quality documents, and ensure the document update content is the same as in China.
- Responsible for the quality of internal audits and QMS audits to summarize and complete findings in a timely manner, classify and sort the status of incomplete and completed findings, follow up, and encourage auditees to complete pending findings.
